Edwin Langley, Jr.

Edwin Langley, Jr., age 69, of Crossville, TN passed away peacefully on February 1, 2021. He devoted his life to law enforcement and security. He enjoyed fishing, dancing, and making people laugh. He was a devoted son who loved his mom and dad. Those who knew him knew he never met a stranger.

He is preceded in death by parents, Edwin Langley, Sr. and Lozena Poe; siblings, Terry and David Langley and Robin Bonham; mother of his children, Brenda Langley.

He is survived by his children, Eddie (Felicia) Langley, Timmy (Mindy) Langley, Mark (Nichol) Langley, Kristin Taylor; grandchildren, Ethan, Elijah, Austin, Kaleb, Alexus, Jazlynn, Kyah and Liliah; siblings, Mary (Jerry) Simpson, Roy (Pud) Langley, Carolyn Langley, Teresa (Lee) Holiday, Becky (Michael) Stringfield, Darrell Langley, Bobby (Sherry) Poe, Lisa Poe and Danielle Dyer; stepfather, Bob Poe, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 5:00-7:00 pm with the funeral to follow with Bro. Billy Durham and Bro. Mark Langley officiating. Interment will be at Clear Creek Cemetery on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
