Edna Faye Justes, of Wartburg

Edna “Faye” Justes, age 77, of Wartburg, TN., went peacefully to her long-awaited Heavenly home on July 10, 2023.

Faye was a lifelong faithful member of Fairview Missionary Baptist Church in Lancing.

She is preceded in death by her husband Jr Justes; daughter Kimberly Justes; brother Cecil Goode; sisters Pauline Woelk, and Debbie Brantley; brother-in-laws Jimmy Anderson and Greg Ayres.

Faye is survived by her sons Johnny (Tonia) Justes and Vernon (Heather) Justes; grandchildren Amber (Don) Laymance, Brandon (Ashley) Justes, Daniel (Tori) Justes, Derrick (Kimberly) Justes, Donovan (Allie) Justes, Colby (Brooke) Justes and Dawson Justes; great grandchildren Ian Duncan, Marley Laymance, Josie Justes with Shiloh Laymance on her way; siblings Lou (Tommy) Christmas, J.D. Goode, Mary Ayres, Hazel Anderson; sister-in-law Marilyn Goode and a loving host of nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews and extended family and friends.  Very special friends Eula Hopper, Gladys Miller, Donna Jerdon, Linda Brasel and Nancy McCartt.

To know Faye is to love Faye.  She is an excellent Christian example and would do what she could to help anyone in need.  She loved the Lord and her family and friends with all her heart.  She took every opportunity to remind us to be happy with her homecoming in Heaven.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 2:00-4:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 4:00 p.m. with Bro. Chris Inman officiating.  Interment will follow in the Fairview Church Cemetery in Lancing.
