Mrs. Edith June Vertner, age 79 of Wartburg, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Methodist Medical Center Oak Ridge, TN
She attended Fellowship Baptist Church and was a member of The Red Hat Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents; George and Dollie Vertner,
Sister; Mona Tompkins,

She is survived by her companion; Larry Settles,
Brother; George Vertner of Lancing,
sisters; Erma Cox of Savannah, GA, and Jennifer and husband
of Crossville, TN
Also several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives

The family will receive friends Saturday evening , September 4, 2010 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg.
Funeral services will follow with Bro. Bret Poletta officiating.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, 2:00 p.m. at Morgan Memorial Gardens in Wartburg, TN
