Edith Melton

Mrs. Edith Melton, age 96, of Harriman passed away September 14th at Roane Medical Center.
She and her husband had four children.
She was preceded in death by husband of 67 years; Ellis Melton and
son Roy H. Melton.

Mrs. Melton is survived by daughters; Marjorie Sexton and husband C.G. of Harriman, TN, Wanda Smith and husband James of Pine Orchard, TN,son Arthur John Melton of Harriman, TN, and daughter-in-law, Liz, widow of Roy Melton;
Seven grandchildren, a host of
great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Saturday, September 19, 2009 from 6 to 8:00 P.M. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg.
Funeral service will follow at 8:00 P.M.
Graveside service will be Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at Clear Creek Cemetery, Lancing, Tn.
