Don Lemons of Wartburg, TN

Donald Nelson Lemons passed away peacefully June 17, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family and friends after a long battle with cancer. He was a loving husband, father, and papaw. He enjoyed making wooden cars for his grandson. Many Saturday nights he could be found at  Wartburg speedway. He is proceeded in death by his Father JB Lemons and brother Eddie Lemons. Don is survived by his loving wife, Angie Lemons of 29 years. His Mother Betty Lemons. Sons Darren and wife Amanda and Bryan Lemons. Siblings Karen and Terry Lawson, Kenny Lemons, Jamie Lemons, Darlene and Johnny Bowlin , and sister in-law Cathy Lemons. His grandson Andrew Lemons and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 19, 2020 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg.  Funeral services will be Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg with Dr. Paul Frick officiating.  Interment will follow in the Liberty Church Cemetery.
