Della Messer

Mrs. Della Marie "Bug" Messer, died December 21, 2010 at her home in Wartburg. Marie's greatest joy in life was swimming, which allowed her to be free from her physical limitations. She was baptized on Mother's Day, May 9, 2010, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Wartburg.
She is survived by her parents: Bill and Margaret Messer of Wartburg; one sister, Marie Masferrer and husband, Marc of Bradenton, Fl; one brother, Andrew Messer and wife, Abbie; and two nephews, Judson and Samuel Messer, all of Crawfordville, Fl.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday, December 23 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, with visitation following the service. Schubert Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Marie will be dearly missed by all who loved her, and her life was a testament to God's faith, hope, and love. The family would like to thank all who knew her and recognized what a precious gift she brought to the world.
