Dan Kirby, of Sunbright, TN

Rev. Daniel Kirby, 72 of Sunbright passed away August 16, 2019 at his home.  He was the pastor of New Vision Ministries of Lancing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Mary Cox Kirby; brother, L.A. Kirby and grandparents, George and Ruth Powell.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Daniel; sister, Dallas Watson; brother, David Kirby and special friend and caretaker, Faye Hammock; 3 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Bro. Shane Phillips officiating. Graveside will be Sunday at 12:00 p.m. at Smokey Junction in Scott County with Military Honors, Brandon Kreis post #129.
