Claudette Daugherty, of Joyner

Claudette June Connors-Daugherty, age 70, passed away September 21, 2022 at Ft. Sanders Regional in Knoxville.

Claudette enjoyed cooking & baking, exploring National Parks but most of all going to church.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Laura Cox whom she loved dearly; parents, Claude & June Moffatt; late husband, Lawrence P. Connors; brother, Harley Moffatt.

She leaves behind her husband, Larry Daugherty; children, Lawrence P. Connors, II., Brian Wells, Jr., Sherie Wells, Duana K. Connors, Natalie Connors, and Nathan Connors and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Bro. Keith Kilby and Bro. Gary Armes officiating.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg or Stephens Baptist Church.
