Charles Venters

On Friday, December 20, 2013; the beloved husband of Gene Elaine Heidel Venters; father of Andrew and Neal Venters; son of Ola Venters; brother of Ron Venters went home to be with his Lord. He is also survived by daughter-in-laws Mary & Stephanie and grandchildren Catherine , Charlie, Ella, & Noah; sister-in-laws Catherine Sumner and Rebecca & Lynn Spees, and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to Charlie's Life Celebration on Sunday, December 22 from 2 to 4pm at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Services will be held on Monday, December 23 at 11am at Oxon Hill Lutheran Church, 3415 Brinkley Rd., Temple Hills, MD 20748. Family will receive friends Saturday, December 28th from 10 to 11 am with funeral at 11am at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg, TN. Rev. Stephen Skov officiating. Interment in Wartburg Mermorial Gardens.
