Charlene Rose Walker age 87 of Sunbright passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Signature Health of Fentress County, Jamestown. She was preceded in death by her parents, Porter and Doris Phillips Ooten; husband, Alva Walker; sons, Robert Glenn and Ernest Milton Walker; brothers, Everette Ooten, Jake Ooten and Porter Ooten Jr.; sisters, Irene Lyons and Evelyn Walker.

She is survived by sons, Roy Wayne Walker and wife Maria, Knoxville, TN, Porter Joseph Walker and wife Barbara, Robbins, Darrell Walker and wife Sheila, Sunbright and Ed Walker and wife Mary, Allardt
Daughters, Katherine Webb and husband Charles, Sunbright, Doris Dennison and husband James, Knoxville And Shirley Wactor and husband Ray, St. Matthews, SC.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Sunbright. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00PM with Rev. Charles Webb and Bro. Herb Judkins officiating. Graveside services will be Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 11:00AM in the Union Grove Cemetery, Sunbright.
