Champ Armes went to be with our Lord Friday, November 30, 2018 at his home in Wartburg, TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Renfro and Lillian Armes and brother, Jim Armes.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Darla Saffell Armes; 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Bobbie (Dwight) Francis, Tomeki (TJ) Tilson and Roseanna (Clyde) Edwards; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Rodney (Anna) Nantz and Jeremy (Geneva) Nantz; 17 grandchildren; 1 sister, Kay Gilliam; 2 brothers, Robert (Jenni) Armes and Roy Armes and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg, TN with a memorial service to follow with Bro. Jeff Armes and Travis Daugherty officiating.

Schubert Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
