Basler, Carolyn Jane Conner age 65 of Petros TN departed this life on May 27, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving sons. Carolyn accepted Jesus as her personal Savior as a teenager. She was of the Baptist faith and was most recent a member of Big Mountain Baptist Church. Carolyn will be remembered as a devoted woman of God, a devoted and loving Mother, Grandmother and Sister. Carolyn's legacy is that as a humble servant of God; everyone she met, she shared God's Word, Love and Promises.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her father and mother; James L. and Hallie Harris Conner and Eva Smith Young Conner; father and mother-in-law; Willie Dean Basler and Sally Basler White and Jack White, brothers; David, Robert and Bill Conner, sister; Wanda L. Conner Hunter, brother -in-law; Jerry (Boots) Basler, Uncle John Harris, special granddaughter; Carrie Elizabeth Rose Basler and family friend; Florence "Punkie" Armes.
Carolyn is survived by and will be deeply missed by the love of her life; William Terry Basler Sr. of Petros,

The family will receive friends Friday, May 29, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 8:00PM with Rev. Nathan Basler, Rev James Basler, Rev Lonnie Armes and Pastor Curtis Acres officiating. Graveside Services will be Saturday morning, May 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Petros Cemetery ( Behind Petros Baptist Church).
