Carl Jones of Sunbright, TN

Carl Jones age 85, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Birtha Jones, sister Reba Jones, brother Edward Jones, son-in-law Rick Pennington and granddaughter Brittiny Simpson.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia Jones; his children- Sandy Gibson and husband Johnny; Tammy Pennington; Pam Newport and husband Dwayne; Ricky Ryon and wife Terri; Dee Williams and husband Greg; Sherry Patterson and Mike Jones, 13 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be Friday, December 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright, with Bro. Herb Judkins and Bro. Mike Hammonds officiating, interment will follow in the Sunbright Cemetery in Sunbright.

The family request that everyone wear a mask during visitation and funeral please.
