Burl Norris, of Rocky Top, TN.

Burl Allen Norris passed away September 8, 2017 at the Summit View of Rocky Top, TN.  He was the class of 1998 of Halls High School.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Burl and Donna Norris; fraternal grandparent, U L Norris; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Minnie Parker.

He is survived by his grandmother, Neva Williams; sisters, Bekkie Carr and Michelle and husband, Fred Markley; nephews, Jeffery Carr, Ricky Butler, Andrew Carr and special neice, Destinee Markley.

The family will be having a memorial service Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt. Harmony Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN with Bro. Earl Mayes officiating.
