Bobbie Rankin

Bobbie Jo Rankin, age 82 of the Joyner community passed away at home on Sunday, March 1, 2015. Born on February 26, 1933 to the late Nina and Bill Thornton, also preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years: Ben Rankin
Son: Van Rankin and wife Janice, Mossy Grove
Daughter: Phyllis Potter and husband Roger, Joyner
Grandchildren: Kevin Rankin and wife Megan, Knoxville, Valerie Hyder and husband Jarrod, Adairsville Georgia, Kelli Harvey and husband Aaron, Harriman
Great Grandchildren: Lochlyn Rankin, Benjamin Hyder and Avaleigh Harvey

The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 3, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00PM with Bro. Mark Caldwell officiating. Graveside Services will be Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 11:00AM in the Estes Cemetery, Coalfield.
