Billie Sue Ballard of Oliver Springs, TN

Billie Sue Ballard was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 8, 2019.

Billie Sue was born on Saturday, October 26, 1946 to parents, George and Mary Burgan in Harlan, KY.  Billie Sue worked many years as a seamstress and a machine operator in Plastics Factories.  She was a loving, caring mother and friend who made friends wherever she went.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary Burgan of Pennington Gap, VA.; brothers, James Burgan, Steve Burgan and Kenneth Burgan.

She is survived by her son, Chris of Oliver Springs, TN., sister, Rosetta Wright of Saluda, VA., and brother, Elmer of Pennington Gap., VA.

Billie Sue will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
