Bernice Hayley

Ms. Bernice G. Hayley, age 78 of Lancing passed away Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the NHC Nursing Home in Cookeville, TN
Bernice was born August 22, 1933 in Deer Lodge, TN to the late Charlie and Laura Olmstead. Ms. Hayley was a homemaker until 1976 when she became the Director of Humpty Dumpty Day Care until her retirement in 1995.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; William Theodore Hayley whom she married April 11, 1953.

Rhonda and husband Cecil Essex of Cookeville, TN
Grandchildren; Leah and Andy Kelly, Candi and Seth Blankenship of Marion, NC, Beth and Charles Pittman of Old Fort, NC, Lauren Essex and fiance Mark Apple, Andrew Essex of Cookeville, TN
Great-grandchildren; Adara, Andriana and Andrew Kelly, Kalli Blankenship and Hunter Pittman.
Sisters; Dorene Hayley of Taylor, MI, Lucille Smarsh of Pontiac, MI.
Special Friend; Tammy Lee of Cookeville, TN
Also a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday August 29, 2011 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg, TN from 6-8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday August 30, 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Schubert Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Deer Lodge, TN
