Bayarn Goad, of Sunbright

Bayarn “Jack” Goad, age 72, of Sunbright passed away January 19, 2021 at his home.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William & Gladys Goad; brother-in-law, Perry Hutson.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Bonnie Goad; children, Brian (Bridget) Goad, Matthew (Esther) Sexton, Jennifer Sexton and Jamie Graves; 7 grandchildren, Lily, Briley & Lucy Goad, Brettney Sexton, Tamelea Hardwick, Anthony Sexton and Matthew Sexton, Jr.; 2 great grandchildren, Sapphira Sexton and Bentley Hardwick; brother, Bernard Goad; sisters, Betty (Jim) Weber and Barbara Hutson; sister-in-law, Artie (Titus) Burkholder, Don (Bessie) Jolly, Kenny Chambers and J.E. (Florence) Byrd; life long friend, Bobby Gibson; fur babies, Boots, Scooter and Chloe and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 3:00 p.m. with Bro. Doug Morgan officiating.  Family will have a private graveside service.

The family would like to thank Quality Private Duty and especially his favorite nurse Barbie Doll for the love and care during this time.
