Barbara Hawn, of Wartburg, TN

Barbara Hawn, age 71, passed away December 14, 2021 at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.  Barbara loved taking care of her husband and children and will be missed so much by them all.

She is preceded in death by her sons, Jimmie Hawn and Oscar Hawn; daughter, Karan Hawn; parents, Billy & Margaret McGowan and brother, Richard McGowan.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmie Hawn; daughter, Teresa (David) Pierce; grandchildren, Crystal (Bart) Pierce, Sarah Pierce, Jonathan Pierce, Karan Pierce; great grandchildren, Madison Pickett, Hayden Myers; brothers, Bill & Cheryl McGowan and Donald McGowan and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family will receive friends December 17, 2021 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 4:00-6:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 6:00 p.m. with Bro. James Briggs officiating.  Graveside services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Caney Branch Cemetery in Lancing.
