Barbara Burgess

Mrs. Barbara Schubert Ward Burgess "Granny Barbara" age 79 of Petros passed away Monday September 29, 2014 at Life Care of Morgan County, Wartburg. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents: Ott and Mattie Schubert, her husbands: Ross Ward and Lester Burgess and several brothers and sisters.

Barbara is survived by Daughter: Rita (Ward) Dishman of Petros
Son: David (Brenda) Ward of Petros
Daughter: Marena (Bernie) Williams of Petros
Brother: Clarence Schubert of Wartburg
Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00PM with Bro. Tony Cathy officiating. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11:00AM in the Old Petros Cemetery, Petros, TN.
