Andy Armes

Mr. Andy Armes, age 75, of Oakdale, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 29, 2011. Andy had lived in Morgan Co. all of his life. At 19,
He married Mary Martha (Newberry) Armes. He worked in the coal mines for 25 years while he and Martha had 6 children. He is preceded in death by his parents, Finley and Stella Armes & Son: Edgar "Eddie" Armes and other family members.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Martha Armes
Children: Randy D. Armes (Donna), Harold D. Armes (Carol)
Kevin T. Armes (Lisa), Vanessa Armes Daugherty
Tammy Frances Nation (Rick)
He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family & friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday September 2, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg, funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Bro. Jeff Chaney, and Jackie Newberry officiating. Graveside service services will be held Saturday September 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. At Clear Creek Cemetery, Lancing, TN.
