Alvin Rich, of Wartburg, TN

Alvin (Lew) Rich passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born October 27, 1943.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Hazel Rich; brother, Bud Rich; sisters, Hopie Watson and Sally Bell.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Mae; sons, Jeff and wife Barbara, Joe and wife Joyce, Jessie and wife Laura and John and wife Nichole; sister, Betty Hammond and Geraldine Cross; 12 grandkids and 6 great grandchildren.

The family will receive Wednesday, 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg with the funeral to follow at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Charles Webb officiating.

Interment to follow in the Armes Chapel Cemetery in Wartburg.
