Alfred E. “Big Al” Vincent, 67, of Lancing, TN died peacefully Wednesday, January 18th, 2017, in his home, surrounded by family.
Alfred was a carpenter and contractor. The homes that he built or renovated can be seen all across East Tennessee.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Burton and Darlene, and his brother Jamie.
He is survived by his loving wife, Brigitte, his sisters, Sandy Osterhoudt, Donna Bradshaw, Delores Hamby, Colleen Hamby, and Anne Smith, his brothers, Don Brickey, and Richard Vincent, his children, Natalie Morgan, Keith, Andy, and Sarah Vincent, grandchildren, Layne Frazier, Kaylin, and Molly Morgan, Nathaniel, and Jereme Vogt, Jonathan, Jillian, Julien and Felix Vincent, great granddaughter, Elsie Frazier along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Alfred loved music. He was a talented musician, and prolific songwriter. Through these songs, his words and stories remain to remind us of this great man.
The family will be receiving friends on Saturday Jan. 21st, from noon until 2:00 pm, at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg TN. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday Jan. 21st at 2:00pm. Interment will follow at Morgan Memorial Gardens, in Wartburg TN.
