Abby Glover

Mrs. Abby Gail Glover, age 53 of Lancing went home to be with the Lord on March 28, 2012. She was a member of the Abdiel Temple # 147 Daughters' of the Nile, Knoxville. She attended Oak Ridge Schools. She was a Naturally self-taught artist, loved animals, raised Lamancha and Nubian goats and also trained and showed horses. Abby is preceded in death by her Daughter; Dawn Marie and sister: Nancy Louella Green, Grandparents: Gunter and Louella Ray Green of Columbus, MS and Harold and Nancy Cravens, Pineville, KY.

She is survived by husband: Walter Glover of Lancing
Daughter: Amanda and Travis VanNorstran of Knoxville
Grandchildren: Morgan Taylor and Addison Grace VanNorstran,
Parents: Robert and Patricia Green of Seymour, TN
Father and Mother -in-Law: Walter and Joann Glover of Memphis, TN
Sister: Melinda York of Charleston, SC
Brother: Robert and Lisa Green Jr. of Oak Ridge, TN
Sisters and brother-in-laws: Phyllis Woodruff and husband Glenn, Kristen Russell and husband Joe, Anita Chandler and husband Jimmy and Kathy Davenport and husband Greg.

The family will receive friends from 6:00.to 8:00p.m. Friday, March 30, 2012 at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. A Daughters' of the Nile Memorial Service will follow at 8:00p.m. Visitation services will also be held Sunday, April 1, 2012 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Piney Grove Church in Steens Mississippi. Interment will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery.
